Almost every bread has the same recipe but their different shapes and use of different flour make every bread different from each other like French bread, brown bread, white bread, etc. Garlic bread is just made by adding fresh garlic flavor to a bread. It can be used as breakfast bread but usually served with soups or with butter. For more recipes of bread, refer to the book
The Bread Baker’s Apprentice, which contains various kinds of bread recipes accompanied by colored photographs including tips and techniques on shaping loaves in classical as well as modern style.
