Ingredients:
1 cup Macaroni
1 cup iceberg
1 cup carrot (chopped)
1 cup capsicum (chopped)
1 cup pineapple (chopped)
1 cup mayonese
1 tspn chili sauce/hot sauce
4 tbspn milk
1 tspn salt
1 tbspn lemon juice
1 tbspn olive oil
2 tbspn tomato ketchup
1 tbspn tabasco sauce
Procedure:
1. In boil water put macaroni and 1 tbspn oil.
2. Cook for 5-10 minutes till it becomes soft, and then drain out water from it.
3. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, tomato ketchup, tabasco sauce, salt and milk.
4. Marinate vegetables in lemon juice and olive oil.
4. Mix all the fruits and vegetables in the prepared mayo paste. Delicious macaroni salad is ready to eat
Note : It is suggested to use salad shooter for cutting veggies for salad as it is not only time saving but also cut them finely.
