This hot chocolate recipe is one of the favorite chocolate beverages which can be easily prepared at home. You may either serve it as hot or cold in this recipe it is served as hot, for cold serving chill it for few minutes in fridge and then serve with the topping.
Ingredients:
8 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
¼ tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
whipped cream for topping
Chocolate stick or wafer for topping
Procedure:
1. In a sauce pan mix sugar, cocoa and 2-3 tbsp milk and then cook on slow heat until sugar and cocoa completely dissolve and make a paste form.
2. Then add remaining amount of milk, cinnamon and vanilla and cook until steam starts to come from the mixture, then pour it into the serving glasses. Top with the whipped cream and chocolate stick and then serve immediately.
