This is an easy marinade recipe for any sea food especially for fish. Just mix the ingredients and marinate for few minutes and then grill the fish. Delicious healthy fish gets ready with this marinade recipe. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbspn dark soya sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tspn black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Mix all of these ingredients in a mixing bowl using whisk so that they all mix well together.
2. After that take a fish fillet of your own choice and marinate in the mixture for just 15 minutes.
3. Then in a grill pan, grill the marinated fish for just 8-10 minutes until become brown from both sides.
