This cheeseburger casserole is prepared with multiple flavors including, beef, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. In this recipe to make the casserole juicy cream of mushroom soup is used which can be replaced with any other cream soup you want like cream of tomato soup, onion soup, etc.

Ingredients:

2 lb ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup cracker crumbs
½ lb cheddar cheese (diced)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1 red bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
4-5 large potatoes (cut into cubes and half cook with butter)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 egg (slightly beaten)

Procedure:

1. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper , Worcestershire sauce, onion and butter till gets brown.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine, cracker crumbs and cheddar cheese.
3. Take a large casserole dish, lined with cubed potatoes, make layer of ground beef over it, then spread mushrooms and bell pepper. Now Sprinkle crumbs mixture, pour cream of mushroom soup and beaten eggs over the whole casserole dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 mins. at 350 degrees F.
