Peanut Butter Fudge
Preparation time : 10 mins + 1 hr. refrigeration time | Serves 2 dozen squares

This peanut butter fudge recipe is prepared without cooking the fudge batter just mix the ingredients and refrigerate. You may also add some nuts flavor like chopped peanuts, walnuts, pecan, raisins, etc to make it more delicious and tasty.

Ingredients

2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
1 1/3 cups milk powder
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup water

Procedure:

1. In a a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, milk powder and honey and mix using beater until become smooth.
2. Add half quantity of water so that all the ingredients incorporate together.
3. Pour the fudge into a suitable pan, cover and chill for at least 1 hr.
4. When the fudge becomes firm, take it out from pan and cut into squares.
