Preparation time (approx) : 20 mins | Serves 3-4 persons
2 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
¾ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Procedure:
1. In a bowl beat eggs, milk and vanilla using electric beater for atleast 4 minutes until all the ingredients mix well to form foam.
2. In other bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar using drainer so that all the air passes through the dry mixture.
3. Mix well both the mixture (egg mixture and flour mixture) so that no lumps are present in the batter. Grease the pan with oil or butter and heat it, pour the mixture using round spoon on the pan and spread very carefully.
4. When the bubbles starts to appear then turn the pancake to other side and cook till it becomes golden in color.
Servings:
Pancake can be served in different ways or you can take it alone but the best is to eat with some bake items like baked chicken.
