This Microwave Cookie recipe is one of the easiest and quickest cookie recipe just like microwave cake. You just need to mix few basic ingredients and then put in microwave for just 40 seconds.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup white flour
2 tbsp chocolate chips
For Topping: (Optional)
Vanilla ice cream
Nutella
Procedure:
1. Take a microwave safe mold, whisk together butter, white and brown sugar, egg yolk and vanilla till combine well.
2. Then add flour and salt and make thick batter.
3. In the end fold the batter with chocolate chips and put the mold in microwave for 40-60 seconds at high power.
4. Serve the easiest cookie with scoop of vanilla ice cream along with some topping of nutella.
