This Broiled Parmesan Tilapia is a quick and easy recipe that anyone can make it at home. The ingredients are very simple and easily accessible. You can also add some other herbs to give more flavor to the Tilapia otherwise it also tastes good with a single herb.
Ingredients:
4 Tilapia Fillets
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1½ tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Marinate Tilapia fillets with soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt and pepper for just 5 mins.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients together in a separate bowl and set aside.
3. Place the marinated tilapia fillets onto the foil-lined pan and then broil them in the preheated broiler oven on high for 5 mins.
4. Then take them out of the oven, turn the sides, and spread the prepared parmesan mixture onto the fillets.
5. Again place these fillets into the oven and broil for 3-5 mins.
6. Serve the hot Broiled Parmesan Tilapia with your favorite salad or as it is.
