This Cream Cheese Caramel Dip is a delicious dip prepared with cream cheese, cool whip, and caramel sauce. This sauce is usually served as a dip with apple slices, but you can also serve it with other fruits as well.
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
6 oz Cool Whip
½ cup white chocolate chips
16 oz ice cream topping caramel sauce
White chocolate chips or butterscotch chunks for topping
Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and half of the caramel sauce until become uniform.
2. Fold the cream cheese sauce with a cool whip and mix using a spatula.
3. In the serving bowl, pour the cream cheese sauce, drizzle the rest of the caramel sauce, and top with white chocolate chips.
4. Serve the delicious cream cheese caramel sauce with apple slices.
